I'm the founder of Jobs-in.com Ltd and The Talent World, and I lead my own specialist recruitment marketing business, Stackd Media Limited. All three operate under Hire Talent Group.
For over a decade, I've challenged the traditional boundaries between job advertising, recruitment and marketing, creating new ways for employers and talent to connect, from factory floor to boardroom.
Jobs-in.com, which I co-founded with Matt Stinson, has grown into a global, hyper-local and social-first hiring platform with more than 6 million active job seekers. It enables employers to hire locally on an international scale and attract blue-collar and operational talent where they need it.
In 2025, together with Tom Bright, Mike Beesley and Katherine Dean-Legg, I launched The Talent World, a niche job board built and backed by HR leaders and focused on strategic and executive hiring.
Alongside these platforms, my agency Stackd Media supports recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams with growth strategies, audience expansion, media buying and performance-driven campaigns that deliver data-led hiring outcomes.
